Happy July 4th everybody!

Well the new site and logo are up! Thank you to LeAnna and Chris for all their hard work.

I hope you had a fun safe 4th and now you are spending some time relaxing with your loved ones.

The Gym will be closed for the weekend and reopen Monday at 6pm for Combat fitness.

 The new MMA class is a huge hit. Be sure to come down and take a class. Mondays at 8pm with Rick.

The next Seminar we have will be on July 12th  noon to 2pm, Rick will be focusing on more boxing skills for MMA. Be sure to sign up early as there are only 15 spots available. $10 for Members, $15 for Non- Members. Participants should have good basic boxing and ground skills to take this seminar.

Now also on July 12th. Nick Fink will be making his MMA Debut. Nick is fighting at the FCFF in Portland that night. He turned 18 on the first of July, and now he has his first fight. He has been training very hard and plans on putting on a great show for the fans. Tickets are available at Ticketswest.com, Be sure to get yours early this show always sells out. Good Luck Nick!

Logo. We are currently ordering New T-shirts with the new Logo. It should only be a couple more weeks until we get them. They will be available at the gym and on line here.
