The system of belt rank progression helps them learn how to set goals. The challenging classes
help students to learn discipline, perserverance, and the value of hard work. Through their accomplishments, they develop
self-confidence.
Adult Submission and Jiu-Jitsu

In this class, we cover the basic movements, positions
and concepts of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Once the basics are grasped, the class will expand to the core movements and submissions.
Time is split between instruction and guided wrestling/grappling. A fun class for men and women, of all experience levels.
Kickboxing/MMA

This class focuses on the basics of kickboxing and MMA. Good
form and technique are the primary goal. We combine focus mitt, bag work and drills to give each participant a foundation
in stand up, and ground fighting. This is a limited contact class, sparring is only allowed after students are tested
and recommended by the instructors. Hand wraps and Bag Gloves are
required.

We combine intense cardio, plyo
metrics, throwing dummies, weights and a vast library of always changing exercise combinations. To make this one intense class.
These exercises are taken straght from the training camps of some of the best MMA and Muay Thai fighters in the world. Come
