Well it's a new year, a new president and a new gym location. 

We have been in our new location for about a month now and it is feeling like home.

New people are joining everyday. With our new gym we have not only the best Jits and mma training, but we also have 24 hour access to a full gym to compliment our training. 

Upcoming events:

January 24th - Chuy travels to Seattle to fight in the sudden impact show. He is training hard and looks great. He will be adding another win to his record.

January 31st : Kids Belt test at 12 noon, We will cut open mat a little short this day so we can bring the Kids class to test for their next belt.

7pm PENN Vs PEIRRE II  For those of you over 21 join us at the Prime time lounge at 160th and stark. to watch the fights together. A friend of ours just bought this bar & grill. So lets go support him and wathch the fight.

February 7th. DFCCVII Submission Tourney. at seven feathers. Gi no Gi only $35  for one event or $60 for both. This tournament has a very high level of competition. I recommend it for all teens and adults looking to test your skills.

Feb 7th Brass Knuckles in Corvallis

February 21st  Capital City Cage Fights at the Salem Armory. Justin Walls is fighting for the 155 title, and Nate Becker is defending his 145 title against a very Game Trevor Tagle. Should be a war.

Tickets are available at the gym Gen admission $20 from us $25 at the door. Some floor seats a available by request. We will have an area reserved in the GA section for our friends and family.

Well we have made it a full two years in our location. Now it's time for a change.

Within the next two weeks we will be moving our gym around the corner into the Anytime Fitness Location. This is a great deal for our members. Not only will we still have our current offerings, our members will now get full use of the anytime fitness center. This means if you need a workout and there are no classes. you can access the facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I am very excited about this move. Can't wait to see you all there. 

Also Coming up on December 13th. at 12:30 pm will be our next belt test for the kids class. We have several testing for their white, yellow, and orange belts. Come down and cheer them on. 

 Congrats to Nate Becker for winning the Capital City Cage Fights "Super Lightweight" Belt. 

Nate fought Travis Hutcheson on October 25, He won with an Achilles lock. nearly tearing Travis's foot off. Great job Nate. OH and Congratulations on the baby. Stephanie and Nate are Due with their second Baby on Feb 2. ( I hear it might be girl)

LeAnna & Chris Gray are also having TWINS! She is due in April I think?

Happy July 4th everybody!

Well the new site and logo are up! Thank you to LeAnna and Chris for all their hard work.

I hope you had a fun safe 4th and now you are spending some time relaxing with your loved ones.

The Gym will be closed for the weekend and reopen Monday at 6pm for Combat fitness.

 The new MMA class is a huge hit. Be sure to come down and take a class. Mondays at 8pm with Rick.

The next Seminar we have will be on July 12th  noon to 2pm, Rick will be focusing on more boxing skills for MMA. Be sure to sign up early as there are only 15 spots available. $10 for Members, $15 for Non- Members. Participants should have good basic boxing and ground skills to take this seminar.

Now also on July 12th. Nick Fink will be making his MMA Debut. Nick is fighting at the FCFF in Portland that night. He turned 18 on the first of July, and now he has his first fight. He has been training very hard and plans on putting on a great show for the fans. Tickets are available at Ticketswest.com, Be sure to get yours early this show always sells out. Good Luck Nick!

Logo. We are currently ordering New T-shirts with the new Logo. It should only be a couple more weeks until we get them. They will be available at the gym and on line here.
